What You Get to Do

  • Help existing customers seamlessly continue their Callyo service year over year
  • Learn the challenges facing law enforcement to be better equipped to provide input on how Callyo's suite of tools can better assist them
  • Provide information on new and exciting offerings to the Callyo suite and nurture leads from those discussions
  • Work closely with our field team members to assist in transitioning leads into sales opportunities

Who You Are:

  • You are a goal-oriented self starter
  • You have strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You work in collaboration with Customer Success Manager and President to set account and territory plans to meet and exceed sales quota on an annual/quarterly/monthly basis
  • You are proficient in the use of CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • You are comfortable in your own skin and can speak confidently to all levels of organizations
  • You are an educated, business minded professional with a minimum AA/AS degree or equivalent
  • You are fluent in Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite Products and are comfortable in the every evolving world of technology
  • You have experience in software technology sales (SAAS)
  • Understanding of and experience with state and local government (law enforcement) purchasing processes is a huge plus
